New Hope Pharmaceuticals, Inc.is a developer of patented technology which provides more effective therapy options and improves outcomes for cancer patients by quickly determining--pre-treatment--the selection and optimum dosage of chemotherapy drugs, and also accelerates drug discovery by providing a fast, accurate methodology for drug efficacy appraisal in vitro.

The company was founded to commercialize a novel, personalized drug response platform for cancer patients. By quickly determining, pre-treatment, the selection and optimum dosage of chemotherapy drugs to which a patient is likely to respond, the Company's proprietary, patented technology is designed to provide more effective therapy options and improve outcomes. What remains is a formal validation trial to gain broad market acceptance and commercialization.

New Hope is seeking 1.7 million in equity plus grants at the present time, and plans to seek an additional 3.5 million in equity and grants in 2006. The company will use these funds for R&D (including formal validation trials), G&A, and marketing.

The Bill Police, LLC
is a wireless bill auditing firm which uses a patent pending service method   with proprietary software to create a model for plan optimization and then audit the bills on a monthly basis by comparing to this baseline thereby substantially reducing the customer's cell phone service bills.

The company helps businesses manage their wireless (cellular) bills by providing effective use of wireless technology with the lowest cost for a customer's subscribers (phone numbers). The company has been shown to consistently and substantially save the customer money by reducing the customer's cell phone service bills.

This waste is where The Bill Police makes its impact; it uses a patent pending service method with proprietary software in 2 steps: (i) Baseline: Create a model for plan optimization: right plan, right minutes, right coverage, right price. (ii) Audit the bills on a monthly basis by comparing to this baseline.

This includes:

· Simplify and customize the bill
· Identify and correct billing exceptions to the baseline
· Suggest alternative rate plans for wireless carriers
· Identify historical trending and identify alternative services

The Bill Police is seeking up to $2 million in funding to expand its proven business model with marketing and sales rollouts, together with operating capital to support its expansion into regional/national service models.

Network Mantra
Network Mantra: With the network becoming a commodity, competition has moved to the network service provider's (NSP) back office. The ability of a NSP to quickly, accurately and cost effectively deliver and assure the integrity of any communications service going over its network has become critical- and complex. If a service provider's network is its arteries, then the Operations Support Systems [OSS] is its heart, allowing the provider to order and provision services, manage their networks and interconnect with other service providers. Network Mantra was founded by a team of network engineers and software developers; experienced in building and managing large critical networks. Network Mantra's goal was to find a product that rapidly and intelligently configured network elements (routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, RAS, etc.) while maintaining a database of these configurations. To fulfill the goal, Network Mantra has introduced a product, netCM, for NSP's that need to rapidly provision several hundred Points-of-Presence (POP's) and manage thousands of pieces of network devices. Network Mantra is seeking $1 million to be used for product development, sales, and business development.

VirPack.com
VirPack.com has developed software and related services that allow electronic delivery of data and documents together in a user- friendly package. Image Café
Image Café is the World's first online Superstore stocked with thousands of customizable Websites to go. Understanding that small business owners want professionally- designed websites at "do-it-yourself" prices, the Image Café Website Superstore leverages economies of scale to go head-to-head with professional website design firms by offering business owners an affordable alternative. The Image Café value proposition is simple: Transform professionally-designed websites that would normally cost upwards of $3000 to $7000 to have custom created by professional website design firms into pre-produced catalog items available to cost conscious business owners at prices ranging from $300 to $700. Image Café is seeking $1 million in investment capital.

NetCalendar, LLC
NetCalendar's product The Daily Drill (www.dailydrill.com), is a Web-based calendar that combines date specific information about public events with private appointments input by users and Calendar Connections-user groups united by a particular interest. NetCalendar trades the use of this for permission to collect highly granular, anonymous demographic data. Such data is increasingly valuable as trends toward performance-based advertising, one-to-one marketing and relationship sales continue while costs of untargeted sales climb. At a single site users are able to view personal appointments and public events, customize the presentation with artwork themes and utilize several organizational tools-all for free. Advertisers meanwhile are able to target niche markets based on age, income, location, preference, events attended, lifestyle, etc. NetCalendar's team designed the software, built the prototype and raised funding for launch and initial marketing. It now seeks $750,000 additional advertising and development funds to build traffic beyond one million ads served monthly.
